SAL tilting table-mould

Mould-solution for concrete sandwich-element production. This design has several special features to support manufacturing process and flexibility.

The moulds have been equipped with:

• flexible border-solution, which makes possible to produce elements with variable dimensions, and quick transfer from a measurement to another.
• hydraulic low-frequency shock compaction
• hydraulic mould tilting

Mould-solution and its equipment make possible to produce different kinds of elevation surfaces.

Elevation surface up:

• smooth finish
• brushed finish

Elevation surface down:

• smooth finish (paintable)
• exposed aggregate finish
• brick finish
• tiled finish
• screen finish

Mould construction

The frame of the mould is made of profiled steel. The welding procedure and its order is well designed and organized to minimize welding stresses. The frame is attached to base beams. Low-frequency cylinders and tilting cylinders have been attached to these base beams.

Hydraulic shock

The mould is equipped with shock cylinders which are attached to base beams. To pulsate the hydraulic pressure, hydraulic-system is equipped with dispenser, which pulsate the hydraulic pressure to the cylinders. Frequency adjustment is stepless.

Mould tilting

The mould is equipped with base beam attached telescope cylinders for tilting. Tilting angle is 80°.

Hydraulic unit

The system is equipped with hydraulic unit which produce pressure for shock compaction and tilting. The capacity of unit is measured to performance one mould compaction and two mould tiltin at the same time.

Border equipment

The mould is delivered with flexible border-solution. Bottom-border and side-borders are solid-hinged to mould, upper-border is movable on cross direction of mould. The height of mould-border is adjustable. We recommend to use mould-magnets when attaching upper border, side borders and equipment to mould-surface.
